What you'll need: A pot and a dipping bowl… also:
- 1. Boil the noodles about 4 minutes. Rinse under cold water until they’ve cooled down.
- 2. In the dipping bowl: soy sauce, mirin, a bit of sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Add whatever optional toppings you like.
- 3. Dip small amounts of noodles in the sauce and eat.
