What you'll need: A large pot and a large pan… also:
- 1. Get a big pot of salted water boiling for pasta. In a large pan on medium-high, cook the shrimp 1 - 2 minutes a side. Remove them.
- 2. Lower the heat. Cook the shallot until soft, then the garlic for another minute. Add the cream. Add the Parmesan and stir until melted. Let the sauce thicken, 2 - 3 minutes.
- 3. Add the shrimp and cooked pasta. Toss until coated.
