Chicken Thighs with Israeli Couscous
One wide pan, bloomy spices, chicken thighs, and chewy Israeli couscous.

What you'll need: A wide pan with a lid… also:
- 1. Coat the pan with olive oil. Add the spices and bloom on medium heat for about a minute. Add the onion and sauté a few minutes.
- 2. Add the chicken thighs and cook on one side on medium-low for 10 minutes. Flip, another 10 minutes.
- 3. Add Israeli couscous around the chicken. Cover with water or stock until just submerged. Lid on, medium-low, 20 minutes.
