What you'll need: A pot… also:
- 1. Combine everything except the chicken in the pot and bring to a boil.
- 2. Add the chicken. Lower to a simmer, lid off, 20 - 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- 3. Can be eaten right away. Or pat the chicken dry and sear skin-side down in a smoking-hot oiled pan until crispy.
- 4. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes and a ladle of the broth.
